In the event, if you are dissatisfied with the services provided, we will issue a refund if the reasons are genuine and proved after investigation. In case of dissatisfaction with our services, clients have the freedom to cancel their projects and request a refund from us. Our policy for cancellations and refunds will be as follows. All sales are final with no refunds or exchanges authorized. You are responsible for mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment and all charges resulting from this payment. We will not be responsible for any payment due to wrong mobile number or DTH account number or bill payment number. We will investigate such incidents and refund you within 5 working days from the date of receipt, if charged without payment/service. The method by which the refund or reversal will be processed shall be entirely at our sole discretion.
