All services are provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without any express or implied warranties, representations, or guarantees, including but not limited to uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free operation. APEXDiGiPe shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of or inability to use the platform. Furthermore, APEXDiGiPe is not responsible for any failures, delays, or deficiencies caused by third-party service providers, including telecom operators, vendors, banks, payment gateways, or other external partners beyond our control.

Any fraudulent activity, false information, or chargeback initiated by a user may result in legal action under applicable law. APEXDiGiPe reserves the right to issue legal notices, claim compensation, and temporarily or permanently suspend or block the user account. The user shall bear full responsibility for any financial loss, penalties, or charges incurred by APEXDiGiPe due to such actions.
